Kissing On First Dates

Kissing On First Dates
What is the GENERAL CONSENSUS ON A FIRST DATE? Are men supposed to go in for the kiss or not at the end of the date? How can a guy even tell if his date is open to the idea of being kissed? JON Jon, the consensus is that if things are going well and the two of you seem to be getting on well, you go in for the kiss. Don't ask her, and don't hint at it; just go for it. When you ask a woman if you can kiss her, you put the onus on her and she feels like the pursuer rather than the pursued. And most women aren't into that. And you aren't compelled to wait until the date ends, either. If there's a quiet moment and your eyes lock, move in slowly and go for it. That way, the pressure's off for the end of the date kiss. "NO FACE TO FACE CHEMISTRY I fell in love with this guy online. He had everything I look for in a guy; looks, smarts, wit, education, etc. Problem is, when we met face to face, I felt nothing. I let him kiss me to see if maybe my opinion would change, but I felt like I was kissing my brother. What gives? TERESA Ah Teresa, I can't tell you how often this happens. I had a girlfriend who flew half way around the world to meet a guy she found online and everything just fizzled when they came face to face. People don't really bank on chemistry until it ceases to be there. There are myriad things going on behind the scenes on a more subconscious level, like pheromones and the like. Just chalk this up to a lesson learned and don't convince yourself that you're in love with a man before you even meet him from this point on.
