When setting goals it's important to clearly define what it is that you want. Having a goal to have a girlfriend is very vague. Having a goal to be dating the girl of your dreams who has long blond flowing hair, brown bedroom eyes, is 2 years younger than you and wants the same out of life has more clarity. You want more clarity because when your conscious mind sends instructions to your unconscious mind to process, the more defined the instructions, the greater the results will be returned.

You do this by going into the future and creating a picture of how you perceive this goal will be for you. Make this as sensory rich as possible. The girl of your dreams might have an athletic body, tight butt and firm breasts.

It's very important to make sure that when you create a goal you create it the way you want it to happen rather than creating it as how you don't want it to happen. Creating a goal to be a with a girl is the right way, creating a goal so you will not be alone is the wrong way.

And the final tip is to make it realistic. If you've never dated a girl in your life, it'll be unlikely to date a supermodel in a month's time. Just as it takes time for the seed to grow into a tree, so too is this for the seed of your goal.
